Days 1-2: Settle Into Your Resort
Use the first two days to properly settle in and recover from travel — this is also when jet lag or travel fatigue hits hardest, so keep expectations light.
Days 3-4: Kaleiçi and Nearby Ancient Sites
Spend one day exploring Kaleiçi's old town and harbor, and a second on a half-day trip to Perge or Aspendos, using the rest of that day back at the resort or beach.
Day 5: A Full Day Excursion
This is the day to do something bigger — a longer boat trip along the coast, a rafting or ziplining day if traveling with older kids or as a group, or a beach club day in Konyaaltı or Lara for a change of scenery.
Days 6-7: Wind Down
Keep the last two days unstructured — resort time, the beach, or a slow final walk through Kaleiçi if you're staying nearby. Avoid scheduling anything for the final day before an early flight.
The key to a good week in Antalya is not over-scheduling it — two to three structured days of sightseeing is enough, with the rest genuinely left open for resort time and rest.
