About Dalyan
Dalyan is a river-delta village between Marmaris and Fethiye, reachable mainly by boat along a channel lined with Lycian rock tombs carved into the cliffs above the ancient city of Kaunos. Its river leads to Iztuzu Beach, a protected nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles, and the village is known for mud baths and a slow, nature-focused pace.
